My Ghost pillow definitely helps with keeping me cooler at night. The firmness is nice but the thickness is a bit too much for my comfort.

Not disappointed usually need a couple pillows for support. Good support n cooking technology

Currently have a gel pillow from another vendor and it is my favorite pillow. It is getting old and figured since the ghost bed is so great, why not buy their pillows. Mistake. It took 3-4 months to ship and the quality is not as described. I am attempting to break it in, but I have been waking up with neck pain from lack of support. Try another pillow.

The only thing I would improve is supply more stuffing.
