Comfortable mattress however not sure if it is worth the money.

We originally ordered a medium-firm mattress but my spouse wanted something softer. The return process was extremely easy and the support team pointed us to this option. This mattress has a soft and plush top, but still provides good enough support. I like that I'm able to sleep comfortably both on my back and side.

The mattress is good, I still wake up hurting in my shoulder when I sleep on my side bu very little pain from sleeping on my back. I’m not sure there is any mattress that would eliminate the pain completely.

I ordered the Moonlight Elite and was initially worried it may be too soft, but it's very comfortable and offers support where I need it for a hip issue I started having recently. My husband enjoys the bed thus far too, so we are happy with the purchase.

Takes a little getting used to . . will keep trying it until the trial is over but I don't have high hopes. The head of the mattress slopes down from the main mattress so need extra pillow to sleep level. Sides near top are totally unsupported, just collapse when sitting near the side . Better further down the mattress. Stitches from one of the "handles" on one side separated from mattress when trying to align it to bedframe. Not much stress was placed on it, as clumsy as it is if it's not meant to be used as a handle for aligning the mattress it probably shouldn't be there at all. I would've expected much higher quality for as expensive as this mattress was.
