This is very frustrating. The set of shower hooks arrived with only 11 hooks, not 12. I have submitted "Problem" reports twice and have had no response regarding resolution. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THIRD SUBMISSION by sending the missing shower curtain hook.

Disappointed. Shower Rings are attractive and appear to be durable. BUT, they are not functional. The width is not wide enough to fit a standard shower rod, so I cannot slide the shower curtain open. I have to go up to the curtain rod and physically move them. What a pain...
