The lotion pump itself is pretty however, very disappointed that I received it already used. I am purchasing a brand new product so I expect it to arrive brand new, not used. It looks like there was lotion left inside causing mold to grow. I attached pictures of the inside, it’s gross. Also there are chips at the top when you take the pump out to fill it with liquid. This is unacceptable Wayfair. No sort of quality control before shipping out products to customers.
