Recieved a hard firm, not soft medium like I ordered. Wayfair wants me to pay for shipping, no transaction so it could cost more than what I paid. Do not trust Wayfair or its return policy. Again, lost my business , not tearing bed apart right now for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this plush mattress topper! It makes it feel like I have an entirely new bed! It came vacuum sealed which made the set up super easy and I was able to move it to my bedroom alone with no trouble. I highly recommend this product but would suggest having deep sheets if you have a thick mattress to begin with.
