These pillows are very soft, they fluff up in the dryer but as soon as your head hits them it sinks in providing minimal support. I’d definitely describe them as soft rather than medium support.

Pillow needs continuous fluffing; flattens easily.

These pillows arrived flat and folded, but quickly fluffed up on their own. They are soft with just the right amount of support for us. I love that they are natural and down filled. To me they are not a pillow you would use in a decorative sham because they bend easily, but we find them perfect for sleeping on.

I wanted to love this pillow but unfortunately it did not work for me personally. I’m a side or stomach sleeper and, while I love down-filled pillows, this medium support pillow seemed to lack fill or would be best suited as a back sleeper’s pillow. No matter how many times I fluffed or repositioned I didn’t find the support I needed and felt like my head was just about touching the bed. If you’re the type of person who likes or needs this then the quality of the pillow itself is great! There was no funky smell or anything when I opened the package and the pillows expanded to their full size immediately upon opening. With just a bit more fill it would be heavenly! Will have to look at their other options... still on the hunt for that perfect fluffy companion ...
