(Just moved in and still working on getting the grout stains out! Don’t judge) One of our cats has an occasional compulsion to use bathmats as litterboxes. We have heard others have had success with stone bathmats like this, so we decided to give it a try. This mat arrived intact with no odor and rolled out flat easily. We went with the darker one to avoid discoloration in the future. So far, we are very pleased. Whether or not our cat will “take a liking” to it remains to be seen lol.

Surprisingly super absorbent. Be aware if you put the non stick pad under the mat on smooth tile it will trap water and get dark spots on the mat. You can clean it with vinegar but you will have to prop it up to dry from time to time.

It's pretty and works for the most part, but water gets trapped under it if you're not careful which kind of defeats its purpose.
