The bath mat is a hard surface .Feels similar to standing on a rock. I believe however it will be super absorbent and will therefore keep the bathroom floor in my guest bathroom dry and prevent falls

Works wonderfully! We prefer the stone mat over a regular shower mat.

I was worried it would crack in the mail but it arrived fully intact. This one was the largest I could find, and I use it outside of the shower we use to clean muddy dog feet. They exit the shower and walk across it, and it saves some foot drying time and floor cleaning time. I don’t have to launder it which is even better!

I purchased this stone bath mat expecting it to lay flat and feel sturdy, but it arrived warped and will not sit flat on the floor. The cornersedges curl upward and do not smooth out, even after trying to let it settle. For the price, the quality does not meet expectations. I liked the concept, but the product itself was not well made. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I've never had one of these and I love that it quickly absorbs water. Easy to clean
