The rug is a nice color and soft however it is folded and packed so tightly that it won’t lay flat. I complained that there was an issue and per the return policy, I shouldn’t have to pay the return postage but I was charged anyway. Very poor customer service and I won’t buy from Wayfair anymore.

I’m really impressed with this bath rug! The ultra-thin design makes it perfect for small spaces or areas where you don’t want anything bulky. It stays in place surprisingly well and doesn’t bunch up like some thicker rugs I’ve had in the past. The rigs is of a good quality, soft , the colors are rich , the only issue I have is the corners don’t lay flat , it’s been over a week and still sticking up , maybe they will settle down but other then that it’s a very nice rug
