Not as comfortable as my favorite pillow. But it does do a good job supporting the neck.

This pillow is perfect. It is soft and supportive. Very well made and the packaging it came in was really nice including the pillow cover zipper case that it came in. This pillow is going to last a lifetime.

This is perfect for both back and side sleepers. It's not too soft or too firm. Reminds me of a hotel pillow.

My pillow was nice and fluffy right out of it's package. It didn't have any type of odor or strange smell at any time. It is so fluffy and relatively hard at the same time. It keeps my head and neck fully cradled. It feels like I'm sleeping on clouds. It was very competitively priced and it was shipped within a week. I don't have any complaints at all. This pillow has that true hotel feel soft, supportive, and well-made. The feather and down mix gives it just enough structure without feeling super stiff, and it stays cool through the night. It does need fluffing to keep its shape, and it’s not machine washable, but the overall quality makes up for that.
