Very firm

Very happy with this purchase. We got a xl long full which is a weird size. This mattress is a little smaller than a queen but still long enough for my 6'2 son.

I have not slept on this mattress yet. But it seems like a very good mattress. And i'm pretty satisfied with it as of right now. And it looks good.

Multiple delays in delivery. Had to change plan completely for college son and buy sight unseen from a local store due to shipping delays. Took multiple calls (no less than 6 calls) to customer service to try and resolve, some agents helpful, some not so much. Won't buy from Wayfair again. Very disappointed in the customer service and supposed delivery dates. Added a LOT of unnecessary stress for college move-in!!

So far this mattress is very comfortable. It has a nice medium firmness to it. For those who might complain it's to firm for them just get a topper. My kids love the bed. I also got the platform bed from Wayfair and the mattress fit ok on it. Only a pinch over but it didn't bother us. I will be buying another one of the Linkai mattress for my split king bed as my current mattress which is a name brand has sagged within 1 yr of use. Now we wake with back pain. This mattress helped with the back pain.(yes we took first dips on it even though this bed belongs to my 10yr old son ):D The box came beat up but the mattress was clean and intact.

Excellent bed for the price. Super comfy and thick. It does weight 140 lbs though so make sure you have a friend to help you carry

This mattress is probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on. It has just the right amount of firm and contour, it is our forever brand!

So happy with this purchase. I was leery bevy my last mattress was from Wayfair and it was much too firm. This one has a good balance between firm and plush. It is extremely heavy if you live alone and are small in stature I suggest you get it delivered inside. I had to flag down a random neighbor there was no way I would have gotten this inside by myself I’m 5’7 190.
