Have not slept on it yet. My first order was defective. Customer service sent issue to a resolution management department 2 day reply time. Total process from complaint to getting a replacement product 5-6days. Mattress is at 10.5in after 3resting days so far (should be 12in after 48hrs). Not firm more medium firm. Edit: Worst mattress Ive had. Its has made my back issues worst. I wasnt part a a neighbor program noted by my review. They gave me a partial refund because the second mattress they sent had issues with it. They only allow one replacement. It doesn't raise to 12in. It is a 10in mattress. It also has a dent they said will even out in a few weeks as it’s compressed for shipping. As of a year later is hasn't evened out.

This mattress is very comfortable.

This is a great bed, especially for it being a bed in a box. I cant fully attest to the cooling gel portion as its winter around here still. Id imagine it would hold up well as far as cooling goes during the summer months though. This bed is not too soft and not too firm either. I think its great in between the two. Definitely recommend. There was no chemical smell either and only took a few hours to fully set.

Mattress was too uncomfortable, had to swap it out after a couple of weeks of uncomfortable and sleepless nights. The mattress may be ok for a child, but not very good for an adult. I wouldn’t recommend.
