Very disappointed in this pillow. Very thick and firm when you open it but is gets hard after a few weeks. The worse purchase I ever made from Wayfair. I don't recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had upper back pain and neck pain for months now so bad that I use my TENS machine unit daily for hours to get relief. These pillows have actually changed that! I never thought that simply switching to these memory foam pillows could make such a big difference. I've had neck pillows I've had cute pillows I've had at all but these are the first ones that actually made a difference within a couple days. I wake up I can move my neck my pain level has decreased significantly in less than a week and my mood throughout the day definitely reflects it. I feel more well rested and like I have more energy throughout the day I'm not saying these pillows will move mountains or work miracles but they certainly do provide some much needed pain relief and a better quality of sleep.
