Rhodes Cotton Blend Striped Duvet Cover Set

Wayfair customer service is the absolute worst. The description of this set says the king size duvet set comes with standard pillow shams. When I received the set, the shams were king size. Not everyone with a king size bed has king size pillows so I thought this was a great set to meet my needs. When I reached out to customer service to let them know the description was inaccurate and it does, in fact, have King size shams, they did nothing to help me except offer a refund. They said replacement parts could be ordered but not From a different set. Even though I said the description inaccuracy is their fault and an exception should be made, they were most unhelpful. I said if the standard size shams were available for replacement parts, I would even pay for them. Still no exceptions were made. I’m completely dissatisfied with Wayfair customer service.

Not as soft on the printed side as I would have liked. But so far so good. I need to get a duvet insert so hopefully it will fit the king size duvet insert well.

I don’t think it’s 100% cotton; however, it is a very pleasant and comfortable material. I also really like the print. It’s simple and elegant, and it matches my bedroom style very well. I got a kings size and its fits great too.
