Really pretty, wrinkle resistant and a nice weight! Really great purchase for the money.

This is a duvet set, not a comforter. It looks like a high end hotel. Nice for my guest room

Arrived with a defective zipper. Spent significant time with "customer service" via text - did not answer for minutes at a time and kept repeating "we're here to help" with no one actually helping. The set looks nice, it arrives very wrinkled so it would need a good ironing but with a defective zipper it's not useable as I cannot open the duvet all the way to put the comforter in. It's pretty but not well made. Then to add to the issue if you try to text the customer service it's awful. I then called and it was MUCH better customer service. Sadly I'm sending it back - I don't have confidence this product would arrive better next time and I don't have time to keep testing the product.
