Very messy, did not use. Waste of money

This review is more about the service than the product. I have not been able to use the product yet. This was ordered on vacation and received March 17, 2 days before returning home. When home I discovered it was missing the hoses and caps. After talking with customer service they ordered the items. I gave them my home address. They assured me they would be sent to my address. Upon checking the tracking number, I saw that it was to be delivered to my kids house in another state, where we were visiting. After emailing customer service and forwarding them the email with the tracking number and my correct address, I was assured that I would receive it at my house. It arrived at my kids house out of state as I expected. They had to send it to me at their expense and I received it today. Do yourself a favor and immediately return any item you purchase that is missing parts. Or better yet, do what I plan on doing and not shop at Wayfair. Now to review the heated mattress pad. I promised the young lady that helped me I would leave a review. It was very easy to connect the parts and install on the bed. It keeps the bed at whatever temp you set it at. As a cancer patient I have severe pain in my lower back and legs. This will keep them nice and warm. I give the pad a 5 star review but that is overshadowed by the poor customer service I received after the purchase.

QUIET AND EXACTLY THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE RANGE.
