The pillow came wrapped tightly in plastic. No manufacturer instructions, labels or packaging was included. It unfolded easily by itself. I always wash my pillows/bedding before first use, and this will be no different. It’s heavy and looks functional.

I have been searching for a good pillow for a long time. I have tried so many. Before this pillow I had a "My Pillow", it's now just ok after sleeping on this pillow. Whether I am sleeping on my side or my back, its great. It is soft yet firm where you need it.

I have so many problems sleeping. I have GERD and a lung condition which cause me to only be able to sleep on my side. As a result my neck is always in pain. I have tried a pillow that my chiropractor told me to use but it doesn't compare to this one. It's fantastic!
