Great quality pillow, but a tad harder than I'm used to. Otherwise great quality.

Great Pillow as advertised

Eh, these pillows are very form but I am disappointed that the King size is small. It is too small of a standard king pillow but too large for a standard queen/full pillow. I would not buy again!

I've been through 2 neck surgeries in the past year. This pillow has been created by force! Star Wars geek, I am. Seriously, pillow is freaking amazing & no waking neck pain.

Not plush at all. This is a very firm pillow. The description is incorrect. Due to how firm they are and how high up my head rests, I get neck pain from these. I do not recommend these at all if you are looking for a plush pillow that will allow your head to sink in well. Also, these don’t feel to have any cooling feature at all. I have had cooling pillows before and these do nothing of the nature. Very disappointed and wish I didn’t spend my money on these because they did cost quite a bit as I was tricked by the inaccurate product description.
