I have to admit that these are a very strange item for multiple reasons. I havent slept on them yet because they still arent ready. First of all the listing or the package must include some instructions about how to make them functional but there is nothing anywhere to guide you. If youve never seen these like me you will have no idea what to do. First the attractive packaging itself is misleading. The package has a zippered end which leads you to believe you can remove them easily that way but its literally impossible. You have to rip the entire package apart because they will not come out otherwise. So why have the zipper Its an illusion. Supposedly they plump up in time when removed. At first they are so tightly rolled that they are a thick pancake so it seems impossible. It is. Over time they show no progress at all and so t look like the ever will because they wont. Ultimately you have to open the exterior and interior zippers and put your hand in to break apart all the fused together particles inside with a lot of effort. When you put your hand inside you will realize how much work they need and how they will never plump up. Its so tightly packed that you have to pull and scrape the sides, top, and then turn it over to do the bottom. sides to get anywhere. I still dont get how they come so neatly done just so the customer has to work and work on them for any use at all. Back to the beginning and you wonder how you just supposed to figure it out. There is nothing anywhere one hint anywhere about handling them. They are so bizarre that I wonder why no one has ever pointed that out. They might be comfortable sleeping on them but Im already but Im exhausted already making sense of them so I wouldnt recommend them.

Fast delivery really appreciate the packaging just unzip them and then let them out and they need to sit out for a couple hours to plush up but all great pillows!!

I hate these pillows. You have to "shake and pull" them A LOT in order to make them somewhat fluffy. My daughter took them, returning things sucks, and she said she can tolerate them.

So comfortable! And great price for 2
