The pillow was to hard. I would like to know how to return this item. Do i need a return label or do I just send it back in the original packing?

Perfect height to keep you from getting a crick in the neck. However I'm not sure the purpose of the ridges in the pillow. It took me several days to get used to them. Would have been much better with a smooth surface but unfortunately there wasn't one with the correct height and that wasn't a cooling pillopw
