This mattress pad is not extra thick in my humble opinion. It might be medium thick at best. It’s very slick and slippery certain inexpensive sheets will not stay in place. On the mattress pad. It does what it’s supposed to do but you will slide one way and the sheets will slide in the opposite direction. Very annoying.

First thing I noticed was the weight of the extra Thick Cooling Mattress pad - Quilted breathable Mattress Protector with deep pocket. When I opened the package, I loved the sudden rush of air as the protector expanded. I wish the picture could show you the added height. extra padding! And waterproof! Great deal! Best quality I have seen yet!

I absolutely love this cooling waterproof mattress pad. I usually have hot flashes so this was an awesome upgrade for me. The pad is really soft and plush it fit perfectly on my king size mattress which isn’t the average height mattress either. I love it!

The cooling mattress protector really is what it says! It does feel cool to the touch and is very pillowed and cushioned. It does have an out of the bag send but I put it through the washer and dryer and it took it away.. I would recommend it. Its very comfy cushy.

This is a good mattress pad. Its not as thick as I thought but it does have the cooling aspect and deep pockets to fit perfectly on my queen size pillow top mattress. It came vacuum sealed and shipped quickly. Its really comfy and works well.
