I like this pillow but it is too thick with both pillows together. It is also a bit too firm and not in a supportive way. It is not as versitile as I thought it would be but is still usable. It just doesnt give that supportive cloud feel.

Outer case is high quality: quilted and has a zipper that opens two of the edges, making it much easier to add and remove the inserts. Using both the "soft" and "medium" inserts together made for a very thick pillow, but I wouldn’t equate that with greater firmness. These are pretty soft pillows. They were too thick for me as a side sleeper, but I don’t have particularly broad shoulders. I agree with claim that there’s no odor.

This three-in-one pillow setup is very interesting and offers several thickness options in one pillow! The quilted cover has a zipper that opens on two sides, making it easy to insert the thick and thin inserts. You can put both inserts in for maximum thickness, or use only the thick or thin insert. So far I’ve used both inserts for maximum thickness. Using both inserts makes the pillow firmer, especially when it’s put in a pillow case. The pillows arrive vacuum sealed so initially they are kind of flat. The first of the two pillows in this set was left out overnight to fill out. The second pillow was put in the dryer, per the instructions to fluff it up. The pillow that I put in the dryer fluffed up almost twice as much as the one that was left on its own to fill out. I was surprised at the difference! So, if you have a dryer, definitely use it to fluff up the covers and inserts! I recommend this set of three- in-one pillows!

I wanted to try these pillows because I am tired of waking in the middle of the night feeling hot and sweaty. My current pillows actually felt like heating pads. I was skeptical of these but went ahead with my purchase. I am glad I did. The pillows arrived within days and I was impressed with the quality and feel. That night I put on my newly washed cases and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed. Slept through the night without my normal hot head wake up and felt refreshed and renewed. The pillows felt cool to the touch and after two more nights of restful sleep I truly believe these work at keeping the surface a more comfortable and breathable option.

These three-in-one cooling pillows with zipper removable cover are decent. I love having the removable cover for easy cleaning. They are pretty massive and heavy so somewhat bulky. They are not as soft as I’d like and pillow cases fit snugly due to their bulkiness.
