Love the shape of the pillow. Offers the neck support that I need. Only 1 complaint, the pillow’s outer fabric isn’t as soft & pliable as I would like.

Pillow was well made, but not comfortable at all. Head doesn't rest well and it get very sore. Although, I did use it as a sitting pad.

I use this pillow every night , it is great, but I do have to bunch it up sometimes in order to get the right cushion under my neck

This pillow is great for neck support. The outer edge is firm but softens after a few days. It's well made and I have had it for about a month now and it appears to holding up well.

I don't like this pillow that much. It is way too firm. It is a good idea with the design. If the outside was softer I think I would like it better.
