it didn't keep its full shape for more then 2 months

Took some adjusting to the layers trying less then all 4 layers that works the best. Did not enjoy having to use 2 size pillows due to Acid Reflux. Sometimes my neck is a little sore if I sleep wrong but definitely worth a good night sleep.

Comfortable and easy to adjust. Quite pleased with my new pillow.

I purchased the same pillow 5 years ago and loved it so I decided to buy another. Unfortunately this one doesn't seem to be the same, the cover is less fluffy and I find the pillow hard. I tried fluffing it in the dryer but still not as fluffy. A little disappointed this time but the concept is still good.
