The feel of the sheet was not what I expected, I was looking for of a soft feel to the sheet .

The bed was delivered while I was not home the delivery company placed the very heavy packages in a snowbank next to my driveway instead of on the covered porch. 1 box was not delivered and I am missing a mattress. Your customer service rep was awesome in handling my issue and has ordered me a new bed bundle. I was not happy with the firmness of the mattress and the replacement bed was ordered with a soft mattress. I will try that out once I receive the new mattresses.

We love this bed. It is very comfortable and has helped me with some of my medical issues. I love all the extras, like the flashlight on the remote. I have one negative issue we have a split king and the mattress slips of the base, but that wouldn't stop me from buying it again

We love it my wife get to sleep in the bed again she has not been able to sleep in the bed because she has not lay flat now she can adjust the bed so she can set up and go to sleep 

Love the bed! It was easy to assemble with 2 people. The remote pairing on our phones was also super easy. Love the massage though it is noisy. What I didn't like is the mattress. Unless you love sleeping on a super soft pillow, I would bypass this one. I literally sink down in the middle. No cuddleing in the middle of the bed. There are no options to chooses the type of mattress. I'm used to a medium -firm so this mattress has me waking up constantly and aching in the morning. In order to get a different mattress, I was told to buy another or send the whloe bed back. There has to be a better way!

I love my bed. Very comfortable n easy to set up. The delivery was excellent. The driver was very nice n helpfully.
