Différent from what was shown. Wouldn’t have purchased had I know it was this ugly

I got sent gray sheets instead of the white ones that were advertised. I then put in for a return replacement and was told I could keep the sheets and they would send out the replacement free of charge. A few days later I got an email from customer service stating that I would need to return the sheets or I would be charged for the new ones that are being sent out. I advised them that I was told I could keep the new ones and the wrong colour ones that were sent out and had proof of this they said apologized but I would still need to resend them out because otherwise I would be charged for the correct ones being sent out and it wasn’t until told them I had already used the ones that were sent out that they said I could keep them and would send the correct ones out without charge. And now we are today… I got the new set… and their the SAME incorrect gray colour I was sent the first time instead of the white ones I purchased because that is what is advertised, if I end up getting charged for the new exact same incorrect ones that were sent out again I will be livid. How does this happen.
