Serta heated mattress pad arrived promptly. Cords are the right length. One controller allows 2 choices: "on" 11 hours or "on" 3 hours; the other controller allows "on" 10 hours or "on" 3 hours. Advertised as 12 hours, and I assumed any hours in between. Re temp: "1" is very warm, as in "could I get burned?" and goes hotter up to 10. There is no way to throw off the covers, since this is a mattress pad! I will be returning this item.
