10" Medium Innerspring Mattress

Softer and thinner than I anticipated. We had to buy a mattress pad to try and beef it up a little bit.

Ordered the mattress from the website and paid extra for delivery and take away of old mattress. Was rerouted to a third party Angie to do the delivery and take away. The mattress arrived in a box rolled up so heavy that I an elder could not even move it to do anything with it. The Angie people weren't supposed to show up until the next week and I found out they were only doing the takeaway even though I had paid for delivery and take away. Angie canceled on me three times but eventually picked up the old mattress. In the meantime I had to call the pastor of my church who came out and got the rolled up mattress out of the box to put on to the bed. Your services are less than Optimum and when you call them Angie professionals that is a lie. The people who picked up from Angie were not professionals just some couple who were out and had to put the mattress on top of their van because it wouldn't fit inside their van. I am very dissatisfied with your services especially since you can never talk to a human about your questions.

So far the vote is out, the people who dropped the mattress off, left it on the sidewalk, how bizarre, then the drop off was not coordinated with Angie taking my old mattress away, so this big box is sitting in my living room, and I really don't think the mattress pick-up people are arriving until Thursday of all things, so the vote is truly out! So far the system gets one star but three stars goes for a hopefully comfy mattress.
