I did not realize that the comforter would be vacuum sealed. Although i followed the instructions, and let lay flat 72 hours, the wrinkles remained. I started the return process, and was asked if I could fit a queen comforter back in original packing. The original envelope bag was an 18x12. The comforter was 96x96 Impossible. I will follow return process with FedX.
