Thank you for the mattress. It was too heavy. I couldn’t get it up the stairs. The FedEx man just left it by the door and it was like super heavy and like my wrist is I got arthritis my wrist so I couldn’t lift it so thank God the neighbor helped me but when I got it upstairs unpacked, it doesn’t look like a 14 inch. It looks like a 12 inch so I called mommy yesterday and I said well we’ll wait you know this we got 48 hours to see if we got you but that I’ll see what it does after cause I ordered a 14 inch and it’s coming out to be like a 11 1/2 so I’ll just wait this couple of days sitting in the bedroom so we’ll see what happens otherwise you’re the guy thought I called the guy. He left it on my thing with you guys. I might have to take it back so thank you very much.

The mattress is greaat for the price. The firmness is about standard. Its firm but not as firm as I thought it would be. The industry need to come up with a scall of some sort so you can pre judge the firmness. Like 1-10 simple no guessing.
