Stace Breeze describes these sheets as being cotton percale and they are not. They are simply cotton sheets. Cotton percale sheets would not wrinkle at the edges (which requires ironing) and would remain smooth and cool after washing. Once the sizing was removed, they were no longer cool or smooth. Nice pattern.
