You didn't ship my order for FIVE DAYS! I had to sleep on a loveseat for FIVE EXTRA DAYS! I used to work for an internet commerce company. We shipped EVERYTHING the SAME DAY it was ordered. Here's a couple of slogans for your company: Mediocrity Is Our Highest Priority! Nothing Is More Important To Our Company Than Our Customers, Except Everything Else, Including Sweeping The Floors! We Guarantee To Neglect Your Needs And Take Our Own Sweet Time! Guess what? I ordered some waterbed treatment solution from Amazon, and they shipped it the next day, even though it was a Sunday. Guess where I'll be shopping in the future, instead of Wayfair?

I totally recommend this particular waterbed mattress. We have used waterbeds for 31 yrs. All are not the same, but this one is top quality made. I highly reccomend this item.
