While Strobel’s waterbed mattresses are generally well made; when their products do fail, their 30 year warranty is basically worthless. I have been trying to contact them for well over two months, by every means necessary, with absolutely no response back from them, whatsoever!

Great bed, great quality, sleep like a baby. Nothing bad to say.

The waterbed mattress is perfect. The 2 + weeks it took to get it and no information available were inexcusable. If you don't care when you get your order then wayfair is fine.
