Amazing pillow! Very supportive for the head and neck. This pillow is a “must have”!

I got this pillow from the Neighbors Program, aka Tried and True, where you receive free products in exchange for a photo and written review of at least 200 characters. I was told to write an honest and unbiased review to participate in the Tried and True Program. If you honestly review these items and report that the items arrive broken, missing parts, cracked, or in any way imperfect, you will be kicked out of the Tried and True Program and not be able to tell other consumers about your honest experience. It's sad that Wayfair offers their customers free merchandise and asks for honest opinions, yet kicks you out of their program if you tell the truth. If you wanted me to lie for Wayfair and hype up the products regardless of quality or damage, you should have been upfront and honest about your intentions.

First of all, let me start by saying the cooling technology is pretty awesome. I like for my face to be cooler while I sleep so that aspect is great. Unfortunately, I dont particularly like how squishy the pillow is. I like for my pillow to hold its shape more than this. My head sinks into the pillow immediately. With that being said, my 17 year old son loves this pillow and its now on his bed.

This pillow comes in nice zippered packaging. The pillow size is queen size standard pillow. It is plush memory foam and has that cool touch to it. It is not to hard but just right for laying your head on

These pillows are amazing! They are soft and firm at the same time. We used them last night and slept better than ever. I would totally recommend getting these!  They Arrived vacuum sealed and started expanding as soon as the package was opened. My husband and I love these and my 7 year old daughter last ves them too, so I’ll be ordering a couple for her.

The pillow s are amazing. My kids love it. I was hoping to sleep on it by myself but my kids tried to sleep on it once and now they want to keep it for themselves). The pillow are very good quality and very soft. My kids love to sleep on it

Omg!!! This pillow is a game changer!! Such a comfortable pillow, and I love the cooling factor too. Its also a great pillow for someone like me who is a stomach sleeper. Highly recommend this pillow!

The structure is good and I get a good night sleep on it. The smell of it won't go away. Has a bad smell that I tried to combat with a baking soda spray. No luck. Bought a pillow case cover and that still didn't work. I will try again with the Baking soda. Not sure the cool patch really does anything either?
