I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made on your website. I received not one, but two replacement mattresses and unfortunately, they both have the same issue - they are too short. In my opinion, this problem is not due to a manufacturing defect, but rather a poorly designed product by the manufacturer. All the other mattresses in their stock would have the same sub-standard length and for this reason, I strongly feel that Wayfair should update the product description to include the correct measurements of the mattresses. This will help avoid unnecessary frustration for future customers, who like me, may have purchased something with the expectation that it would perfectly fit their beds, only to find a gap that could cause accidents.

Hi. This is the worse mattress I have ever purchased. I also bought the warranty and they are terrible. Still have the mattress because right now I can’t buy another one. My son gets up every day in pain. Never again. I have not had a good experience with Wayfair.

It is very comfortable mattress in the box spring wasn't difficult to put together

Purchased for my 14 y.o. to replace a loft bed mattress when we switched to a regular frame. Its so comfortable! I tried to buy a king size for me and the huz, but they were out of stock.
