Nothing like the photo on the box or online. Item sidewall only 2 1/2" not 4" like on box... Also crinkle sounds like a bag of chips, the material is thin and crinklely. Poor quality! Not worth more than a $6 water float.

This mattress topper is amazing. It comes with a pump to inflate and deflate. I would give more stars but unfortunately, my just doesn’t seem to hold the air. I am having to constantly add air. I’m sad because I bought this for a bad back and at first it was working great. Maybe I just got a pick that was defective. Looks like it can’t be replaced.
