Steel Shower Curtain Hook (Set of 12)

I know I returned them, but they were very nice just not for my space.

I have been a Wayfair client for nearly a decade. I am usually a happy customer. Items often arrive as advertised and the quality is as expected. Returns and replacements or refunds have not been an issue until now. I ordered these particular shower curtain rings among several other items. When these (and another set of shower curtain rings arrived, the boxes were sealed though NOTHING WAS IN EITHER BOX. Naturally I brought this to Wayfair’s attention. I was forced to communicate via text. On two separate occasions I provided all details required as well as photos. I have asked for replacement items (because I have yet to see the product) or, a refund. Initially I was met with the following response, “Thank you for confirming, Barbara. Since you've already provided photos and details, our specialized team will review everything and reach out to you by email with either a replacement or refund option for the shower rings-no further action is needed from you right now”. Then, when I had still had no further resolution I attempted again to communicate with Wayfair, again providing the same complete information and was met with this response, “I apologize for the ongoing wait regarding your missing shower curtain rings. Our policy is to resolve missing item reports within 33 days of delivery, and I can confirm that our team will be reaching out to you by email with an update as soon as the investigation is complete”. To date there is still no response, no replacement, no refund. Considering that I have spent a substantial amount of money over the years with Wayfair , I consider this form of “customer service “ to be of no service and quite sub par. I still have the boxes and they are still empty, with crickets on the other end. Very disappointing.

Combined with waffle snap-in liber shower curtain from Wayfair. The metal goes nicely with the chrome fixtures in the bathroom.

These were as close to what I wanted that I could find on any site. The tip of the hook is a little rough and pokey. I was looking for hooks exactly like this, but with a rounded or ball tip that would have a lower chance of scratching my matte black shower rod and also look nicer. I would have paid much more for them is they were finished with a ball end as that would make them look less cheap.
