I am grateful to have this first world problem. It looked great right out of the packaging. The color was rich and just as pictured. After the first wash, it faded just a little bit. I just washed it again in cold water, mild detergent and it came out a pale peachy pink color. The fabric is not very soft or smooth. The set does not wash well and comes out of the dryer (pulled it out right away) wrinkled and curled up at the edges. If you're the type that likes a good looking bed, you have to iron it (boo). Although it is not crazy expensive, I feel like the it should have been a better quality for the price point. I had a duvet cover set from a certain Swedish competitor that was much nicer and less than half the price.
