Very soft and the king size fits my queen size bed perfectly. However, I later discovered an imperfection as shown in the second photo. Not a big deal considering the low price I paid, but still not the quality Ive come to expect from Wayfair.

I love how soft it feels, and the king size fits perfectly on my queen size bed. However, a few hours after placing it on my bed I discovered an imperfection as shown in the second photo. Not a big deal considering the low price, but it still concerns me, especially once I wash it for the first time.

This section of the couch is loose and doesn’t line up correctly. I am sure this is an installation issue. Not sure how to get help to get the problem taken care of.
