Well, this mattress is supposed to be 12” thick. After a full 72 hours, aka 3 days, at its thickest point it is shy of 11”. However, the better majority of the mattress is only about 10.5”. I believe tonight is our 4th night to sleep on it. I was hoping for something a bit softer, but as others mentioned it is clearly on the medium to firm side. Cooling gel foam, not sure about that. Might need to inquire about the 100 night sleep guarantee.

Very Comfortable. I slept all night last night and my body feels rested. I would buy it again.

I love this bed! It’s comfortable. I wish I opted for the taller version, but it’s great!

It feels very comfortable and soft. It’s still very new so I have to give it a few more weeks. This item was bulky and heavy so get up my stairs! FYI.

The bed is as described. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit too firm.
