Well, this mattress is supposed to be 12” thick. After a full 72 hours, aka 3 days, at its thickest point it is shy of 11”. However, the better majority of the mattress is only about 10.5”. I believe tonight is our 4th night to sleep on it. I was hoping for something a bit softer, but as others mentioned it is clearly on the medium to firm side. Cooling gel foam, not sure about that. Might need to inquire about the 100 night sleep guarantee.
