White Noise Two-Sided 20'' Medium Hybrid Mattress

Well, as you can see, it came with a huge rip in the box spring. I had company coming the next day, so I had no choice but to keep it. I realize that that minor damage can happen in transit, but this was put in the box this way, and there was no rip in the plastic, so it was sent damaged. There was no damage to the box. I’m extremely disappointed.

This Mattress, unfortunately is the worse mattress I ever purchased. It is hard as a rock for a medium pillow top. It is about 116 inches not 12, with the box spring it sits about 25 inches. I don't recommend, even if you are looking for a firm mattress, this will not fit the bill.

Just to keep this to the product itself, product is nice. Only deduct 1 star because ordered as medium and would rate as more firm than that. Packaging was pretty beat up and this was after my initial order was destroyed and had to reorder the product. Went without a mattress to sleep on for over a month while waiting on this order to be filled and delivered. For the price it has value but if I had to do over again would've bought locally and saved myself weeks of a sore back from having to sleep on a cot.

Love the mattress and price. Highly recommend.
