Size:King Pillow: 20" x 36"
Ordered the 4pc KING size pillows. Original shipment, received standard size. Contacted support first rep offered to resend correct item offered to allow to keep the standard for the hassle - BUT the chat was somehow disconnected and next support rep refused same offer. Agreed to have resend (and return wrong product). Once received the replacement, yet again they sent the STANDARD size. When contacted support AGAIN, they asked me to give more details of why I was not satisfied. Also would not have been able to get refund if I had opened plastic (even though its completely Wayfair fault). PLEASE check your size BEFORE opening plastic if you order King. Now I have to take time to find a FedEx drop off to return both incorrect items before my refund is released to my account (7-10 days AFTER they receive process return). If you actually NEED KING size, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
