The contour didn't suit me. I am a side sleeper. Maybe it takes some getting used to. I just wanted comfort and neck pain relief now. The firmness was okay. The cooling was not what I expected.

Not comfortable. Makes my neck worse and as a side sleeper you cannot curl hand u der this pillow. In fact the term pillow is being used loosely....not soft or comforting at all.
