Pillow does not hold its shape, becomes very flat. No way the high side is 5 inches.

it's not a bad pillow but not the best i have ever had, my old one purchased through another vendor was perfect, and exactly as described in quality and measurements, but unfortunately it is no longer available. this pillow is NOT 5" on the higher side, it is only 4" and lower side is 3" therefore the pillow is not as described. disappointed i have it for a while thinking i would give it a chance but as i am side sleeper the hieght is not enough and so i have sore shoulders

It’s a little bit too firm but I am adjusting to it. It works well with my cpap mask doesn’t push it out of line

This pillow has saved me from my neck pain! It's a little firm but doesn't hurt my head. It took me some time to adjust to the firmness since I'm used to very soft, but realized I needed to keep trying since my neck hurt much less. The latex is also good because it doesn't collapse like a memory foam one that I owned. I'm petite and this works for side sleeping, but it's too high for me to sleep on my back.

This is so far the best pillow I have used for the longest time. Always had nick and upper-back problems. This pillow helped so much. I was worried it might be to soft but its just the right amount of firmness. The bamboo covers are better and cooler then cotton and for that also bought bamboo bed sheets as well.
