I have always had neck issues. I’ve seen the chiropractor had regular massages. I even had to have physical therapy, I’m convinced the pillow makes all the difference. You have to get these pillows. You’ll thank me if you have any problems like I do. I’m a side sleeper and a stomach sleeper and it’s not too big. If I sleep on my back, it’s not too thin, they are perfect!
