Maybe I just got a dud, but this never really fluffed up... You could see daylight through it where the clumps weren't at. I contacted customer service and they said I could return it or try washing and drying it. At first, I was just going to send it back, but I decided to go ahead and wash it and dry it and tried to "un-clump" and fluff the squares by hand, but there just wasn't enough fill to even do that and it didn't work. The photo is the "before" photo, but the "after" photo is pretty much the same. WAYFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE really was helpful though.
