I think I’m going to love this! Got one for my guy too! We both have some neck pain and the cooling cover is a nice bonus I have had great experiences ordering from Wayfair. Whether it’s furniture, appliances or pillows I’m very happy with the quality and I csnt ever remember having a delayed delivery. You guys snd gals do a great job!

I wish it came with a decorative pillowcase option to go over the built in cover just to add variety options for an accent pillow for a variety of bedding styles but it is a cute neckroll pillow. Does what its intended to do.

Very comfortable

Arrived super quickly and just as pictured. Will take a bit to fully inflate but it is a really super cute and comfortable neck pillow. Just the right softness and support.
