This pillow is perfect for supporting your arm and shoulder during the night. I have frozen shoulder and it keeps me from aggravating it. Nice and soft, not too firm and does not make me hot. It also has a valley sewn in for your arm to rest in so it doesn’t slide off the pillow. This is a must for shoulder problems. The only downside is no pillowcase included.
