I would give this a zero or a negative number if I could. The gray sheet set I purchased from Wayfair was absolutely disgusting when it arrived. Not only did the sheets smell really bad (like a mouldy antique shop or a mouldy wet basement), the plastic packaging was ripped and clearly old with little black spots (probably mould), and when I opened the sheets up to inspect them further the cardboard inside the sheets had clearly disintegrated at some point and fell all over my table and floor. Not only is this super gross, it is disgusting to think that Wayfair felt this was acceptable to send to a customer.
